We’ll always give an honest opinion at the survey — no pressure to replace if repair is genuinely the better choice.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COMBI, SYSTEM AND CONVENTIONAL BOILERS?

Combi boilers heat water on demand — no hot water cylinder needed. Best for small-to-medium homes with one bathroom. System boilers use a pressurised cylinder — good for larger homes with multiple bathrooms running simultaneously. Conventional (regular) boilers use a cylinder plus a cold water tank in the loft — older system type, still common in larger Perth properties.

HOW LONG DOES A NEW BOILER INSTALL TAKE?

A standard like-for-like combi swap takes 1 day. A system change (combi to system, or vice versa) takes 2 days. A full system upgrade with new controls and magnetic filter typically takes 2–3 days. Depending on brand and model: Worcester Bosch typically offer 5–10 years on parts and labour. Vaillant offer up to 10 years on premium models. Baxi and Ideal typically offer 5–7 years. We register every install with the manufacturer immediately, so your warranty is valid from day one. We add our own 12-month workmanship guarantee on top.

IS FINANCE GENUINELY INTEREST-FREE?

Yes — we work with finance providers offering genuine 0% interest options over 12–36 months on selected installs. Subject to status. We’ll discuss what’s available at the survey stage so you can decide before committing. There’s never a price difference between cash and finance options.

WILL YOU PROVIDE A FIXED QUOTE BEFORE COMMITTING?
