An EcoGas combi boiler service takes 60–90 minutes including paperwork. System and conventional boilers take longer because there’s more to inspect (the hot water cylinder and associated controls). We always book a one-hour arrival window and a 90-minute service slot.
Yes — we service every major brand regardless of who installed it. Bring along any paperwork you have (warranty card, installation certificate) so we can log the service against the correct serial number.
